Job Description:
Effectively communicate in both written and verbal to convey information in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholder management and team collaboration. Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships and clearly convey digital entertainment project objectives, updates, and issues to stakeholders with cross-function/ cross-region teams. Delegate tasks and elaborate the task within the team. Possess and build analytical and problem-solving skills to identify digital entertainment project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and seek advice from supervisor for making informed decisions. They should analyze digital entertainment-related data, assess project performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Effective organizational and time management skills are crucial to handle multiple small-scale projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Manage resources efficiently and optimize project schedules. Projects often encounter unexpected challenges and changes. Be adaptable, flexible, and navigate through uncertainties.Basic understanding of technical concepts, software development methodologies, and system architecture. Collaborate with technical teams and act as the bridge between business and technical teams for effective communication. Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, and other relevant technologies is beneficial. Familiarity with tools such as Smart sheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Trello can be advantageous.
Job Requirements:
Degrees in computer science, engineering, information technology, business management or a related discipline are often preferred. Relevant project experience in web/ app development or digital transformation projects or a related field from past internship experiences will be an advantage. Prior experience successfully managing projects, coordinating project activities, and working with stakeholders from internship/school project experiences is valued. Digital entertainment project exposure: Good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices is preferred. Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) or Agile methodologies is beneficial. Fresh graduate will also be considered. Language proficiency: Written and spoken English, Spoken Putonghua.
